For the 2020 FTC season, 18228’s robot Hoover featured a symmetrical design and delivered powerful shots using two flywheels, each powered by a separate motor. With this setup, we won the Think Award and were the Winning Alliance First Pick at regionals, before placing 3rd at Nationals.
