This is Sidon, the robot we brought to the 2025 Southern Cross Regional. Equipped with a slap-down ground intake, Sidon could deliver to all levels of the reef, earning us the Rookie All-Star Award and selection as the first pick of Alliance 6. For DDU and MRT, we redesigned both our intake and end effector, drawing inspiration from Citrus Circuits (1678) and OP Robotics (2056). With these upgrades, Sidon became faster, more versatile, and capable of delivering coral to every level as well as algae to the barge. Our improved performance showed on the field—placing 4th at DDU and 2nd at MRT—proving Sidon to be a ferocious competitor throughout the season.
