Obsidian & Porkchop
For the FLL Super Powered season, the Blue BotBuilders built two robots named Obsidian and Porkchop. Their design included two motors to power attachments—one at the back and one at the front—as well as a symmetrical box shape for consistency. Equipped with two light sensors, the robots could follow lines and align accurately on the field. Their performance earned them both the Robot Performance Award and the Champions Award at regionals, followed by another Champions Award at nationals, which secured their advancement to APOC.
