This year, the BotBuilders FLL team embraced innovation by introducing new concepts into their robot design. We implemented a 1:1 gear transmission system to improve attachment capability and positioned a colour sensor at the centre of the robot, enabling quicker and more accurate transitions between runs. These advancements contributed to a highly successful season, where we secured the 1st Champion’s Award and the 1st Robot Game Award at our regional, went on to win 1st Robot Design at the Nationals, and proudly earned the 2nd Place Design Award at APOC.
